    The staff were friendly, but unfortunately that was the only positive aspect of our stay. The room was unhygienic and not suitable for a family. After seeing the condition of the accommodation, I wanted a refund and seriously considered heading back home. The electricity went out more than six times throughout the night whenever appliances were being used. We were told to turn off the fridge to help resolve the issue, but when that didn't work, the staff tried to blame us, even though they admitted the problem had existed before we arrived and was already being addressed. The outdoor area and hot tub were also very dirty. Basic toiletries were not provided there was only body soap, with no shampoo, conditioner, or hair dryer. We were unable to cook because the property warned that guests would be charged a $250 cleaning fee if the room was left with any food odour. This made the kitchen impractical to use. Both the heaters had a broken switch each on and did not heat the room adequately, leaving us cold throughout the night. When we raised the issue, staff simply said it should be fine. The window locks were broken, so we didn't feel comfortable leaving our belongings in the room and had to carry our luggage with us during our two-night stay. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property.

    Kind of scuzzy and dirty. Very tired looking - it needs repainting. The owners supplied milk which had been transferred from the original container into a smaller bottle. Not unpredictably, it went bad and was sour/thickened by the time we got it. I had to go out and search for fresh milk after 8 pm at night.

    Great budget place. It has everything you need. I was shock at first that it doesn’t have an AC unit. It would be great if the hotel has AC, but , at the end I really do not need it.

    The room was tidy, child loved the spa pool. We had a car, so could drive to shops etc. Would stay again
