Bardzo dobra lokalizacja apartamentu blisko starego miasta i nad Motławą. W okolicy dużo restauracji i kawiarni. Apartament ładnie urządzony.
Widok na sąsiednie balkony z których każdy może zajrzeć do apartamentu to torchę słabo. Brak kosmetyków poza mysłem w płynie trochę obniża komfort pobytu oraz garnki, które nie działają na kuchni idukcyjnej (są bo są) to też nie wpływa pozytywnie.
