The apartment was clean, modern, comfortable. The location is convenient.

Work days the surrounding is a bit noisy due to the building constructions in the neighborhood.

Quiet and perfect space for 2 people

Honestly I didn't like anything there , including the behaviour of the staff, amenities, toiletries, kitchen & utilities provided. In short that was a waste of money and my energy. I would never ever go back to them.

A ton of items I could list here, but let me narrow it down: 1. They were utterly unprofessional in dealing and communicating with the guest. Here’s what happened: While making the online reservation, I paid the full amount in advance. However, they didn't provide me with the access code to the building until I paid an additional 19 PLN for the city climate tax. I agreed to make the payment, but since it was Saturday, I couldn't make an immediate bank transfer. The person who texted me sounded threatening, demanding I pay this trivial 19 PLN to get the access code. Despite struggling to make the transfer and sending them a screenshot of confirmation, after already paying thousands in advance, I was met with such a petty attitude. This was the first impression, and it ruined the entire experience. Never again will I stay with them. 2. They sent a technician right after we checked in, disrupting our relaxation time. 3. We booked for 4 days, and they knew it. Yet, they provided only 2 sachets of coffee, 2 sachets of tea, and 2 sachets of sugar. For 2 people over 4 days, this is extremely stingy and shows a lack of consideration for guests. 4. There were 2 TVs, but commonly watched channels like TVP (for the Euro Cup) were not subscribed. While minor, it’s something that could matter to someone wanting to watch it. 5. The toilet made a loud noise with a powerful flush. We had to close the toilet lid before flushing because the water flow was too strong and loud. 6. Remember the technician who disrupted our relaxation time? He was checking the kitchen pipe and left. Unfortunately, the real issue was with the washbasin in the toilet, which we discovered later had no hot water. 7. The shower was a nightmare. There was no place to keep a towel or soap, forcing us to lean out to reach the toilet lid or wall to place the soap. 8. They provided just one small soap for 4 days, and only one towel each. 9. The bed was so uncomfortable it hurt due to the springs.

Didn’t had enough towels. Had just one medium towel per person for 4 days and one little one for the hands. Also we should had that towel mat when coming out of the shower. And since it was snow outside and had a lot of water and mud on our boots, we didn’t had anything to clean up the apartament entrence by ourselfs.

Good location, nice and clean rooms. Large and spacious balcony, almost as big as apartment.

The bathroom ventilation needs to be fixed, it cannot be turned off, constant noise disturbs sleeping. The only possibility is to turn off whole electricity in apartment.

Modern and well built.

Sauna is not included for all residences, some attention to details missing when cleaning (e.g. shower).

Extremely clean apartment and good location. The staff remained in contact prior to our trip and provided easy to follow instructions regarding our stay. The bed was very comfortable, excellent facilities and it looked exactly as was shown in the photos.

Very minor things, but the drains seemed to smell quite badly in the bathroom and the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor.

Clean and modern apartment

Everything was up to the expectations except the parking fine.

I had an unpleasant surprise first morning that we woke up. We parked our car in the underground car park and followed the instructions from the email that says to pay at every departure. So when we got to the car there was a parking fine in the window. We were under the impression that the parking will be payed when exiting the car park but it looks like we should have paid at the entrance.

The location was ideal and room very spacious, modern and clean. Very warm and cosy despite the large size .

There was no where to put soap or shampoo in the shower which was very slippy on foot, and no where to put soap near wash basin.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. Also the fact that the apartement was pretty new.

Not enough towls and the shower might run over a bit.

Very nice apartment with a great location near the city center.

Maybe Wifi could be a bit better

location was ok - across the river - the closest bridge goes up on the hour, every hour for 30 minutes so you need to time it right! you can get across further down but it’s a bit of a walk WI-FI didn’t work

Cozy modern apartment with a beautiful terrace. Everything is brand new and extremely clean.

WiFi works poorly on the terrace. The place around the block is under renovation. It causes a lot mud on your feet.

The property has all necessary appliances (dishwasher, for which they even left detergent, washing machine, very well equipped kitchen) and it was brilliantly clean when we checked in. Everything is new and in good condition. The host was very helpful and answered the questions very quickly.

I've never seen so much dust... In front of the apartment, there is a construction site, so if you open a window and/or balcony and it's even a little bit windy (that is almost always in this climate), you'll have a full flat of sand and dust. One day it was very windy and all furniture and our belongings became really covered by grey particles, we even felt it inside our mouth... It's simply impossible to sit on the balcony because of this dust - my laptop was covered by it in 2 mins. We were living there for 8 days, so it was a problem for us. I think, if you live 2-3 days, it could be not so critical (if you are not allergic...)

Location, everything needed in room, washer/dryer,balcony,iron and board, cleaning products,perfect stay,value for money.shops everywhere, resturants and bars and near centre.also clothes shopping. Pre warning: there is building work going on. Start around 7am. View isn't the best but i was there for a week only to get my teeth done at dentineo(recommended)around the corner so I wasnt bothered about this. If your there on hols,it may bother you. In a couple of years this place will be amazing in every way. I cant complain about my stay as I knew what to expect as I was in gdansk 6 months earlier. I know they are turning gdansk in to a tourist attraction. Won't be staying again tho due to reasons in what I didn't like.

Fire alarm went off everyday. The hosts tried to charge 100zl late check in fee even tho we would be there in the time limit also recieved accepted time arrival by mail. We were eventually told we would not be charged any extra after messaging host and booking.com and sent pics of check in time. I thought it was because I messaged in english so my partner messaged back in polish because she felt embarrassed to be polish and host admitted to mistake. OK??? Also 36 hrs after leaving we recieved a message from host saying that the Internet router is missing, can we explain. Come on REALLY why would we want a polish Internet router in england. Very peculiar. Not sure if it was just unlucky for us or host is trying to get some extra cash. Extremely disappointed with host. Be careful.

The apartment is located in a new house, everything is clean and comfortable. Only 10 minutes walking to the centre of Gdańsk downtown with lots of siteseeings.
