Large clean apartment, plenty of facilities and a wonderful balcony. Right by a shop too!

New spacious apartament close to the citycenter. Zabka shop is in same building.

15minutes walk to the closest restaurant or coffee, but I think this will change once constructions at whole area around will be completed.

Very clean, well-priced and perfectly adequate apartment, in a nice building with 24/7 reception. The flat has a spacious living room, a kitchen equipped with a good range of utensils (although we didn't cook while here so can't say too much on that), and a nice balcony (albeit with a building site currently opposite).

If sauna access is a factor of staying here for you, I would go elsewhere. It's an extra cost (25 zloty to activate for 1 hour) and is not at all hot. While the apartment was nice, there were a few small simple touches that would have improved our stay - a door mat for example, an extra roll or two of toilet roll, a booklet with information about eg how to use the sauna/access the fitness suite, and check-out info (didn't love having to go through a website to check and also means only one person can access it).

The hosts sent a set of instructions embedded in a link that took you to a webpage. If you didn’t click on the right tab, you wouldn’t know that there was a document containing codes for the front door and the room. The system was not very user friendly.

We would recommend for the property to simplify its check in system and also coach the security guard at the property to answer questions of the guests factually and respectfully. The WhatsApp number should also be responsive. We understand that the hosts are serving many rooms but receiving wrong passwords for the internet connection should have taken a little less long to rectify.
