Nadmotławie Sauna & Gym by Blue Mandarin

The flat was in a souless block of new builds & development. Dealing with staff via whatsapp before and during arrival was good and quick. The ceiling light above the bed was falling out and it was fixed the next day while we was out which was good. Kitchen area was clean & VERY basics (cups/plates/glasses/pot etc) but NO food basics (salt/oil/pepper/sugar/coffee filters - nothing like that). We had to swap the sofa with dinning table as it was in a silly place and there was lots of dust. Bathroom and bedroom very clean with some tolietties which was nice (though no enough for full stay). It was about 10/15min walk to town/sights and don't forget the bridge goes up every 30mins during the day! There longer ways to cross the river. There isn't anything close to the flat execpt one Zabka as whole area is being developed. I imagine in a few years transport will come to the area and shops/supermarket will appear too. You'll get a lot of taxis!

Mentioned it all above, as we all forget to look at this bit of the review!

Great location. Everything is beautifully decorated, well maintained and exactly as shown in the photos. The terrace is lovely. I loved that the apartment had shutters—the only place in Poland where I could sleep without being woken up by the sunlight!

The bed was a little small and the pillows soft, but this is just a personal preference. A dish towel in the kitchen would also be useful.

A comfortable and cozy apartment, great location close to the center of the old town. Equipped with everything you need.

Few hooks in the bathroom.

The hosts sent a set of instructions embedded in a link that took you to a webpage. If you didn’t click on the right tab, you wouldn’t know that there was a document containing codes for the front door and the room. The system was not very user friendly.

We would recommend for the property to simplify its check in system and also coach the security guard at the property to answer questions of the guests factually and respectfully. The WhatsApp number should also be responsive. We understand that the hosts are serving many rooms but receiving wrong passwords for the internet connection should have taken a little less long to rectify.
