Living room is a cozy relaxation area equipped with a fold-out sofa, which provides an additional sleeping space. Opposite is a TV with cable channels and Smart TV functionality, allowing you to rest comfortably after a full day.
A great asset of this part of the apartment is a bay window with a river view, which adds a unique character to the interior and makes the space bright and pleasant.
From the living room, you can go out to the balcony equipped with garden furniture. It is an ideal place for morning coffee, a moment of relaxation, or rest in the fresh air.
The modern kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, and coffee machine, providing convenience for daily meal preparation. Right next to it, there is a dining table with chairs, creating a comfortable space for shared breakfasts, lunches, and evening meetings. A welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared for guests' convenience.
In the first bedroom, there is a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, and desk, making the room suitable not only for rest but also for remote work or quiet daily planning.
