とても綺麗で過ごしやすく、いい状態が保たれていた。担当の方も優しく対応してくれ、とても気持ちの良い泊まりであった。

必要なものは全て揃っていたので、とても過ごしやすかったです。ロケーションも良く、天草に宿泊する際はまた必ずここを利用しようと思います！
概ね清潔だったのですが、以下の点を改善して欲しいです。 ・お風呂場の赤カビが凄かった。特に床。毎回清掃してほしいです。 ・トイレにスリッパが欲しかった。 ・タオルが洗濯機の上に直接置かれていたり、カゴには入っていたが床に置かれていたり、、もう少し清潔な状態で置いていただけると嬉しいです。
