The kindness of the staff .We were given a small double room with a toilet but not an attached bathroom. When we requested for a change the lady propritress promptly upgraded our room to a large double room with en-suite bathroom and toilet at no extra charge.
The mattress were too soft and for me it was uncomfortable.
