Lokalizacja blisko starówki. Mały apartament ale było w nim wszystko czego potrzeba. Suszarka, lodówka, żelazko.
Bardzo duszno, brak klimatyzacji, był wentylator, niestety nie dawał sobie rady :( Mega głośno z ulicy.

Miejsce bardzo przyjemne, ładnie urządzone, czyste, dobrze wyposażone. Lokalizacyjnie też nam odpowiadało - spacer na starówkę nie był długi, w razie czego była komunikacja miejska. Ujęły mnie też ramki z toruńskimi elementami/mapami, fajny smaczek w apartamencie nazywającym się "przystanek Toruń".
Jedynym minusem jest też lokalizacja. Parter i blisko do ulicy - jak przechodzą ludzie lub przejeżdża pociąg jest głośno, a rolety odsłonięte dają przechodniom zajrzeć do środka. Hałas jako tako nam nie orzeszkadzał, ale jednak warto go rozważyć przy przyjeździe np. z dziećmi lub osobą wrażliwa na dźwięki.

Lokalizacja - bardzo blisko starego rynku i Wisły. Szeroka ilość udogodnień (zgodne z opisem) pralka zmywarka żelazko. Bardzo czysto. Brak problemów w komunikacji z właścicielami.
Mieszkanie znajdujące się na parterze odsłonięte jest na ulicę co może niektórym przeszkadzać.
