Lokalizacja, wyposażenie kuchni i całego mieszkania. Kontakt z właścicielami. Parking przed budynkiem (i dostępne miejsca). Blisko mały sklep. Wejście schodami i dostęp do windy z poziomu „0” ułatwiają wniesienie bagaży.

Płytki w brodziku i niedokończony remont w łazience brak ręcznika papierowego w kuchni . I oczywiście warkot tramwaju 😟

Lokalizacja bardzo dogodna
Za tą cenę oczekiwałam wygodniejszej pościeli. Wypełnienie poduszek i kołder niestety najtańszy gatunek. Zabrakło mi też ręczników papierowych i korkociągu.

Ogólnie porządek i bliskość centrum.
Po otwarciu drzwi straszny odór. Na początku zastanawialiśmy się skąd. Później poczytałem opinie. Z łazienki. Pozamykane okna i słaba wentylacja zrobiła swoje. Całe popołudnie mieliśmy otwarte okna. Udało się przewietrzyć. Wieczorem uciążliwy hałas przy przejazdach tramwajów. Nieszczelna słuchawka prysznica. Woda rozpryskuje się na boki. W kamienicy zamontowano windę, ale nie znalazłem schodów. Apartament mieliśmy na poziomie 0 czyli piętro. Albo brak piktogramów albo faktyczne brak schodów co pod kątem p-poż jest nieakceptowalne. Może słabo szukałem......
