Отличное расположение, до пляжа ла чинта пешочком идти 7 минут. Улица спокойная , без движения. Небольшой магазинчик в 100 метрах. И до центра Сан Теодоро всего 15 минут. В доме есть все для комфортного отдыха, кухня оборудована отлично, барбекю работает., две душевые в доме и во дворике для удобства после пляжа. Две террасы где приятно выпить утренний кофе и вечером поужинать . Хозяин домика охотно откликается на ваши просьбы( что не каждый делает) вообщем наша семья довольна проведенным здесь временем и рекомендует этот гостевой домик всем кто желает приятного отдыха в Сан Теодоро.
К раздельной сортировке бытовых отходов конечно надо привыкнуть.

Sehr gut ausgestaltetes Haus, super Komfort! Der Vermieter Eduardo war immer erreichbar und hat uns gute Typs gegeben. Nahe am Strand und viele Möglichkeiten einzukaufen und viele gute Restaurants.

J’ai adoré la proximité de la plage / des restaurants/ des lieux à visiter. La maison est charmante avec un coup de cœur pour le patio… maison propre et bien équipé (lave vaisselle, machine à laver) Très bonne communication avec Edoardo et Daniela.
