La posizione e l' appartamento. L' ottima organizzazione dalla prenotazione, all' arrivo e alla partenza.

Non c'era assolutamente niente per la minima gestione della casa. Neanche una bottiglia d'acqua in frigorifero. La cosa peggiore il materasso vecchio e gibboso; non si chiudeva una porta neanche quella del bagno; un mobile aveva un angolo sbeccato e ci siamo finiti contro diverse volte con botte e graffi; non c'è né forno, né lavatrice né un' abat-jour né un comodino. Insomma non pensano minimamente all' accoglienza ma sono molto fiscali nella gestione degli affitti. La differenza fra un'agenzia immobiliare e un Host privato si vede.

Ottima posizione vicino a tutto sia centro che spiagge ....Appartamento accogliente arredato molto bene per casa vacanza ....staff davvero ottimo e sempre pronto e attento a tutto ciò che gli viene chiesto ........prezzo ottimo..un affare .....

It was perfect, good house and nice location in San Teodoro! House is beautiful and you can feel like you live there!

You must get lucky to now have bad neighboors, in my case everything went well!

The location was good

Communication about getting the keys was difficult as the person on the other end of the phone didn't speak English. It was very lucky that we were with a man who spoke fluent Italian or we wouldn't have known to go to the office to collect them. Also, an unexpected charge of 75 pounds was put on us for gas and electric even though we hardly used any and didn't even have an oven or microwave. The rooms were too small and despite other people's feedback the shower still leaks into the kitchen. We did have a good time but I would say the accommodation is not worth the money we paid at all.
