Attic bliss in belissima Mantova

Luxurious, completely new studio, aircon (essential for Mantova at this time of year), lush bathroom, comfy bed, fridge, coffee machine .. all in all full comfort with everything one can wish for. Plus it was extermely quiet as I seemed to be the only guest for both days. Plus the owner is a very attractive lady and it is a guilty pleasure to meet her in person ;)

the only downside of this studio is that it is in the attic, so the sun bakes directly on the roof above. Aircon to the max combats the issue as does closing the window blinds (all automated).

Recommended, would stay thee again.

Location is good, a few minutes from the city center (but not within) and 10-15 minutes to the main station, also a supermarket not too far. Very modern, well equipped appartment, clean, everything there, what is needed. I was travelling with my mother and she turned 80 during our stay. The host recognized my mother's birthday and left a gift, which was very very nice of course and shows, that they care for their customers.

The beds / rooms are very close together, which is not at all a problem, when you are close with the person you stay with, but could be a bit unconfortable otherwise. But that is not really a problem, because in the living room there is a couch which can easily used as another bed.

Simple, elegant, cozy and convinient.

Great location near the center but also close to a parking. The building had a historical character. The view was great, and the room was spotless. The host was not present but very available to reach out.

I did not know it was at a top floor without any elevator. This made it difficult for my grandmother. The modern white look of the rooms was a bit of a contrast on the historical character of the building and area. Also I booked for two separate beds and instead got one king size, without the possibility to change.

Location - short walk to beautiful downtown Mantova Safety - very safe and modern entrance system Style - modern loft apartment with new-style bathroom facilities Friendliness - the owner stopped by personally to show us the apartment and even made a restaurant reservation for us Views - great views of the rooftops of Mantova as the apartment is on the top floor Parking - there’s a parking garage right across the street

Mantova bellissima, beb impersonale

Posizione centrale, silenzio in camera (dopo aver spento il frigorifero). Bello il cortile del palazzo in cui ci sono le camere.

Sottotetto con finestre piccole e basse e lucernari con tende chiuse bloccate. Finiture e arredamento di bassa qualità e mal finiti. Angolo cottura da camper, senza la base (scolapasta, uno strofinaccio, …), frigorifero rumoroso (l’ho spento di notte). Il tutto impersonale e poco accogliente, anche se c’è tutto. Odore di fognatura sulle scale e nel corridoio esterno. Per un we a Mantova, stupenda città di grande valore e fascino, consiglierei un alloggio meno anonimo. Colazione: n1 crostatina confezionata a testa e n. 1 cialda caffè. Per ultimo: da sapere che ci sono 3 piani alti (rampe lunghe) da fare a piedi, non c’è ascensore.

Bella mansarda con soffitti alti ( noi siamo tutti molto alti ma nn ci siamo dovuti abbassare da nessuna parte ) Spaziosa pulita nuova con arredamento essenziale ma completo di tutto il necessario. bel palazzo storico e caratteristico. Accoglienza efficiente, cortese e presente. Posizione centrale e pratica perche davanti al posteggio pubblico e appena fuori dalla zona a traffico limitato.

Letti rigidi, divano letto in salotto scomodo per sedersi. La cucina non e’ molto ben attrezzata per cucinare e preparare pasti veri e propri.

Piccoli accorgimenti: si consiglia qualche accessorio in più per la cucina (es. scolapiatti, tostapane, canovaccio). Essendo il letto senza testata, metterei un cuscino in più. Camera non totalmente insonorizzata

In uno dei due appartamenti non era possibile chiudere le tapparelle quindi ci siamo svegliate col sole sul viso. Penso fosse una situazione momentanea.

Ottima posizione e gradevole pernottamento

Stanza luminosa, essenziale e pulita. Nonostante il soggiorno breve, la stanza è stata pulita ogni giorno, con cambio asciugamani e il necessario per la colazione. Piccolo angolo cottura. Bagno molto spazioso. Posizione molto tranquilla e vicina al centro di Mantova.

Tutto perfetto, avrei aggiunto qualche elemento in più alla zona cucina. Abbiamo mangiato solo una volta in stanza, ma avrei gradito uno scolapiatti e dei piatti fondi. Niente di fondamentale ma un piccolo accorgimento per il futuro.
