All of our accommodations in Italy were really excellent, but what set a Residenza Serena apart was our hostess: outgoing and energetic, she really reached out to engage us in conversation at breakfast. (I speak passable Italian...) What's more, when my partner and I encountered difficulty in finding a good restaurant for dinner, she got on the phone and managed to secure a last-minute reservation for us!

Ottima posizione, a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Ottima e abbondante colazione con prodotti di pasticceria freschi, e, a richiesta, colazione salata. Debora è persona squisita, disponibile e molto accogliente. Ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno, sulla città, sui servizi e sui migliori ristoranti.
Sarebbe utile un supporto per le valigie.
