Nice apartment, let down by check-in process.

The apartment was nice to stay in.

Getting in was difficult, the parking is not very close and when I arrived the key to get in was not where it should have been. We had to ring the host several times, they looked into it and found the key had been taken away. The key was brought back again but made to checking in process quite tricky. Host did apologize.

Great stay

Very clean, very spacious, great facilities for a stay, including kitchenware and seating for eating. The little touches were amazing....cereal, coffee, tea, sugar, milk. Toiletries also provided and towels. Beds were comfy and very clean. Communication with the owner was great and very easy to get into the property.

Lovely apartment, fantastically clean, great location. Lovely space for families. Basics like milk and cereal provided. Host was great

No major complaints at all. Of you are travelling with young kids it is worth bearing in mind that the bedrooms are fairly far apart

I like everything about the place, the location, the neatness and the house is beautiful, you have everything you need to cook your own meals But what impressed me most is the host, she is friendly and nice to talk to ...she will make you feel at home ...I will like to meet her one day and say thank you..she is someone everybody will like to have as a friend....thank you Fumi

I didn't have the opportunity to stay longer because my stay end when I still want to stay longer... though it entirely my fault because I book only 4 days and some one else has already book after the expiration of my booking....

The apartment was brilliant, large and roomy, very comfortable beds, all the utility items u would require and exceptionally clean

The only drawback was location however this did not spoil our time as there is a fantastic bus service with a bus stop right outside the apartment

Perfect apartment, great location, very close to Newcastle town centre. Host was lovely.

Very spacious, nice little touches - very homely. Also having a few supplies in the kitchen were great, nothing worse than having to bring everything. (Washing up liquid, kitchen roll, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, cereal, salt, pepper etc).

The doorbell didn’t work, but that’s just a battery, so doesn’t deter against the property at all.

The property was a decorated lovely felt very homeless. I also really appreciated the host left essential items such a shampoo conditioner washing up tablets and they even left bread and milk!

Very stylish clean apartment, all rooms were good. The kitchen had everything you would need. We had access to WiFi, tv had Netflix and host was very attentive and responsive to any queries and questions

Tidy and comfy accommodation with super nice host

The host gave us a warm welcome at arrival. They have made all the thoughtful preparations for us and kept in touch with us to make sure everything goes fine with our stay. The house is tidy and comfy, family with young kids can also feel like home at this accommodation.
