Perfect accommodation for a short stay

Modern and stylish apartment close to the beach and restaurants. Many extras like coffee machine, coffee pads, water bottles, wine etc. We had some difficulties with setting the light displays but managed after a while ☺️. We liked the style of the furniture 👍.

Fabulous stay at Kavouri

I really enjoyed my stay at the Kavouri Bungalow, the location was fabulous - just a few meters to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. The location was quiet during my stay and easily reachable in a taxi from the airport.

No complaints, my stay was wonderful and the host was exceptionally helpful with any requests.

great start to our honeymoon

Proximity to the beach is fantastic - it’s literally just over the street. A morning swim before breakfast was a real treat for us. No key - it was great to just enter the property by a code system, so easy. Good coffee - this is something we really appreciate. Lovely, generous patio to ourselves.

We loved the high tech lighting and automized electrics, but it took a little bit of getting used to. It’s worth spending a little bit of time getting familiar with it when you arrive. It’s very easy after that.

Superb

Excellent location and communication with owner. He was willing to extend checkout time and store our luggage. Very convenient and comfortable. Perfect access just with code, no necessity to carry keys. Very well equipped kitchen also we had free bottle of wine and several bottles of water. It was great that it was possible to turn on heater in bathroom to dry towels. Wi-if connection was excellent and Netflix access pleasant bonus. Overall we felt very well and it was visible, that Antulio cares very much about his guests and their comfort in the apartment. Overall feeling of the stay was very positive.

Automatic light in the bathroom was not ideal as there is glass wall with sleeping area and was disturbing during night. Also a lot of “light noise” from panels for smart home and sensors. Part of stay there was smell from sewage even though owner promptly reacted and cleaned it. It helped partially. Could be more storage for clothes, wardrobe is quite small.

Antulio our host (who sadly we did not meet) was exceptional with his communication from the moment of booking the property, giving us all the local information we asked for right up until the day of departure. We are beach lovers and I asked our host if he had a couple of beach chairs for us to use and the next day 2 brand new beach chairs arrived for our use which we greatly appreciated. The large bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. WIFI was great. The bungalow was very modern and immaculately kept. We appreciated the welcome pack of wine, coffee, bottled water and delicious fresh fruits.

From the photographs and description we had assumed the bungalow would be larger and there would be drawers so we could unpack our clothes as we had been travelling in Greece. However we got used to it and happily celebrated our 47th wedding anniversary at the bungalow.

Best vacations near Athens

Excellent place on the Athens Riviera, close to beaches, warm sea, good restaurants, and some walking sites. Although, small beach is just a jump away, we preferred nice main Kavouri beach some 10 min stroll from the bungalow. And Athens is just half an hour away... Besides that the bungalow had all what is required for good stay, the strongest asset was Antulio the host - really taking care of all our needs.

All was perfect. One may suggest to provide a beach chair or two for a guest convenience.

A cute gem right at the beach

Excellent location, equipment, interior design and technical setup of the place. One can see and feel that the host wanted to set high quality standards regarding everything. The smart home setup is excellent and easy to use!

Storage space is a little limited, unless you come for a beach holiday with light baggage. Finding a parking spot for your car in the area can be sometimes challenging.
