Kavouri Flat

Mr Lorentzos was incredibly accommodating and kindly waited for us despite our delayed flight from London, which meant we arrived well after midnight. Even at that late hour, he took the time to welcome us and explain everything we needed to know about the apartment. The apartment itself is very comfortable and boasts stunning sea views. Its location is ideal, with easy access to Vouliagmeni, Voula, and Glyfada, where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and the vibrant local atmosphere. One of the highlights of the property is its private access to the sea, allowing guests to swim or sunbathe in a peaceful setting. For those who prefer sandy beaches, there is also a beautiful beach just a few seconds away. We had a wonderful stay and have already recommended the apartment to friends in London. We would not hesitate to return and will definitely stay here again if Athens is our destination in the future.

We were aware before arriving that the pool would not be ready by mid-May, so this was not an issue for us. In fact, it gives us the perfect reason to return during a warmer month and enjoy the property and its facilities to the fullest. 😊

Lorentzos met us at the property and showed us around. Everything was exactly as described and the view was spectacular. We found the flat to be convenient to groceries, restaurants and beaches. We purposely wanted to stay away from the Athens congestion and found it easy to drive and park at the nearest metro to access the city centre numerous times. Thanks!

Very private, spacious and secure apartment with fabulous views of the water and Athens. While an older apartment it had all the amenities we needed including dishwasher and washing machine, great air conditioning even in the bathroom. For our family of 4 we had plenty of space and were walking distance to a great beach (especially so for our children) and had plentiful free street parking too (a rarity in most of Athens!). Lorentzo was a lovely host and provided an extra warm welcome to the area. Lorentzo even provided a partial refund without us asking to account for construction noise next door that was entirely out of his control and was thankfully not a great bother as it was brief and only during a couple of the days of our stay.

A little bit of effort to get our suitcases up to the apartment but well worth it for the views! Our kids were slightly disappointed that they couldn’t swim in the pool as it was rather deep.
