The location was good and easily within walking distance of Vouliagmeni Beach and restaurants. It was great to have a waving machine available for laundry.
The signs all over the apartment. I do understand the need to let people know the rules and expectations, but it was a lot of signage.

The location is great, 5 min by car to the beach, available free parking on the street, perfect view on the balcony!
a good idea is to make cosmetic repairs to the walls. There is no table to eat inside the flat, only on the balcony (great for summer but can be an issue in winter).
