Great location in regards to shops and beach.
Apartment well presented overall and spacious.

Common areas
1. Locked out at night, key failed to work on common door, had to jump gate, electronic latch also failed to work from intercom
2. Entrance area to common mIn door untidy
3. Steps going to apartment and tiny lift, not disabled friendly
4. Lights to common areas had to find switches for night travel
5. Poorly managed body corporate

1. no user friendly booklet for apartment appliances eg oven, washing machine etc
2. Light globe ceiling not working ensuite bathroom
3. Cob webs and spiders around windows frames inside and outside rear balcony ceilings
4. Loose mixer taps to vanities
5. Washing liquid to washing machine almost empty
6. Handle to main entrance door to apartment fell off
7. Property management company not well organised to undertake maintenance
8. Leaking air conditioner drain in kitchen, water drips down wall onto floor tiles
9. Lights globes flickering rear balcony cieling
10. Power points to double bedroom faulty
Overall was good but disappointed with above negative list & also outside council / supermarket bins that spoilt the feel and ambience, also trucks unloading at front.
Also the photos fail to show poorly presented common areas and stairs, not disability friendly.
