Mr Batsis is an amazing host. He greeted us upon arrival, explained where all the things in the apartment are placed, and delivered the keys. He also helped us with moving our belongings into the apartment. The apartment includes everything a person needs, from cutlery to cleaning products, and to our surprise, a friendly neighbour's cat that would visit us from time to time on our balcony to get petted. The building is privacy oriented, located 4 minutes away on foot from Zen Beach. The area has enough restaurants within a 20 minute walk and a supermarket within a 15 minute walk. For ordering groceries or food, we recommend the efood application, which should have most of the things you need. There is also Wolt as an alternative, try them both and see what works best for you.

Forniture is a bit old. I would suggest a renovation.

Perfectly clean, comfortable bed , lovely and responsive host. What more can I say? I would 100% return to this property! I stay at about 3-4 booking.com places per month, this one, it's amazing.
