Elegance Vouliagmeni Gem Luxury Apt, Walk to Beach

The house is just a 4-minute walk from the beaches and also very close to all the restaurants and cafés. The airport is only a 20-minute drive away. The decoration and furnishings are really lovely; it feels as if the owner actually lives there, with such a warm and comfortable atmosphere. There are three large balconies, two air-conditioning units, and everything you could possibly need. Everything is truly 10 out of 10. Communication is also very easy, and they respond incredibly quickly, which is something that is unfortunately quite rare on Airbnb.

Good location within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and supermarket. Clean, modern apartment. Kitchen has everything we needed. Excellent, responsive staff.

No toiletries available or beach towels, which is a major negative for me. Draw back was lots of construction within the area which made sidewalks not available.

Location, value for money, apartment in good condition.

There is a strong smell coming from the bathroom and the shower could be cleaner. Also, more bathroom towels, sheets and toilet paper would be helpful and one or two bottles of water in the fridge. The couch could also be a bit cleaner. Main bedroom did not have a door handle and needed an object to keep it open.
