Wonderful Stay

Square footage was really good and there was plenty of room. Air conditioner worked great (bedroom only - large fan in the living area/kitchen which was fine for this time of year). Full size fridge with well stocked kitchen. I was able to make several of our meals there with everything they had to offer. Staff was very friendly and although most did not speak english, we were able to communicate with a translator. Our room was very comfortable and we were happy.

Noise level - It would have been quiet, except for a barking dog a couple houses down and some very vocal roosters. Because of the community layout, you can hear everything very clearly. We were here for 6 nights and that dog barks most of the time! Plus those roosters are pretty loud and call back to one another. Location - Wasn't bad, but know it's about a 20-25 minute walk into town up a couple of inclines. And it takes a while to get an uber in town, so it just made more sense to walk it most times. Looking back, would have been nice to be right in town.

Exceptional

A very clean apartment. The hotel itself is intimate and quiet, located a bit outside the center, but a nice walk to the center takes 10 minutes. The hostess, Beata was very helpful both in organizing local trips and in organizational matters (laundry, etc.) When I am back in Paraty I will use this hotel.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait chez Cristiano et Lidia. L’appartement est superbe : spacieux, très confortable et parfaitement équipé. La cuisine dispose de tous les ustensiles nécessaires, et dans le cas où il manquerait quoi que ce soit, Cristiano et Lidia se montrent immédiatement disponibles et attentionnés pour y remédier. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la piscine, à l’ombre le matin, ce qui est un vrai plus sous le soleil brésilien qui tape très fort dès les premières heures de la journée. L’emplacement est idéal : à seulement 3 minutes à pied de la plage de Jabaquara et à environ 20 minutes à pied du centre historique, ce qui permet de tout faire facilement sans voiture. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés ce logement à toute personne souhaitant découvrir Paraty, qui est par ailleurs une ville magnifique, riche en activités et en paysages.

Experiência fantástica, lugar diferenciado.

Gostamos de tudo, sem pontos negativos, a localização, poucas quadras da praia do Jabaquara, as Instalações que se percebe o cuidado com cada detalhe, tudo em perfeito estado, utensílios necessários a disposição, qualidade dos móveis, ou seja, cada detalhe foi feito realmente com muita atenção, e como o próprio Sr. Cristiano me falou, foi tudo pensado e feito como se fosse pra ele, e realmente se percebe isso em cada detalhe, nos sentimos em casa. Outro ponto positivo é a simpatia e o cuidado com os hóspedes que o Sr. Cristiano dispensa, é fora do normal, o acolhimento, a disposição em atender bem, cito aqui somente alguns dos diferenciais, no flat quando entramos, na geladeira tinha frios, achocolatado e iogurte e água mineral, tenho filhos pequenos, foi uma atenção especial, com eles e conosco, bem como, uma cesta com frutas, para a nossa disposição, e tudo isso, como gentileza do Sr. Cristiano, que ainda na saída recebemos uma lembrança personalizada, SENSACIONAL!!!,, tudo perfeito, recomendo sem ressalvas, o cuidado conosco, superou positivamente, todas as nossas expectativas. Agradecemos de coração, o acolhimento do Sr. Cristiano e da Sra. Lídia, colaboradora no flat, que também é uma pessoa muito simpática e prestativa, até a próxima, com certeza.

A praia de Jabaquara é linda e o Flat fica bem pertinho podendo ir a pé. O café é uma contersia, porém feito com muito carinho. Ideal para começar bem o dia. O anfitrião é bem gentil, educado e solícito. o Lugar é Super limpo e organizado. Recomendo. Só tenho agradecer por tudo.

Magnifique appartement

Très bel appartement, bien équipé, fonctionnel, propre. Des attentions nous avaient été adressées pour notre arrivée. Piscine hyper agréable! Personnes au petit soins. Proche de la plage, de divers restaurants et d'un petit market.

Le seul point négatif est qu il est quelque peu loin du centre a pied et que les uber ne venaient pas facilement nous chercher.

Perfeito para uma viagem em família. Só elogios.

A experiência no vivendas do Mar foi perfeita. O flat se encontra próximo da praia , água quentinha, e próximo da centrinho de paraty , 15mim a pé ou 5mim de carro. O flat possui uma ótima cama de casal e tbm o sofá cama é muito confortável, chuveiro é quente e de qualidade , e possui todos os utensílios de cozinha necessário para preparar refeições rotineiras , pra quem viaja com criança pequena isso é ótimo. Piscina limpinha e área externa bem aconchegante. O anfitrião é super simpático, pronto para ajudar a qualquer momento , dando dicas de lugares e locais para refeição entre outros. Enfim super indico o flat , foi uma ótima experiência para nossa família.
