Apartment Summer escape Rovinj with free street parking

Das Balkon ist doch sehr klein. Die Eingangstür vom Gebäude lässt sich schwer öffnen.

main thing which is dissapointed us that the entire rental period air-condition in living(our bedroom) was broken a lot of furniture, difficult to move around it's not easy deal to check-out it 9:00 with children :) main door at entrance has broken locker and you can spend couple of minutes and nerves to open it :)

It was our second time staying in the apartment and it was as good as the first one. And we plan to come again next year :-) Good location, about 10 min by foot from the sea and the city center, 7 min to Adris, 15 min by bike to Vilas Rubin. Supermarket and a very good restaurant just next door. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything one may need. Washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, ironing facilities, everything. AC both in the bedroom and the living room. Very nice and helpful owner, that reacted to our requests and questions super fast.

It's not really a minus - just for info. The apartment is quite small. It's perfectly fine for 2 people, but may be too small for 3 (maybe for a couple with a little child can still be ok). For example, the balcony only fits 2 chairs and a table, no place for the third person..

Perfect holiday apartment, nicely decorated and clean. We had everything we needed and more. There is an AC, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing accessories, coffeemaker, microwave, even a toaster. The kitchen has everything you need even for a serious cooking, enough plates, pots, etc. Bikes that come with the apartment are a nice bonus. They are old, but working (we used to rent bikes in Rovinj in much worse condition). Checking/checkout are easy, the owner was replying to our messages fast and was very polite. Location is very convenient, 7 min walk to the sea and Adris hall, 15 to the old town. Very good restaurant nearby (Il Faro) as well as a supermarket. We will happily return next year.

Not a criticism, just as an info: the apartment is not very big. Good enough for a couple, but can be a bit too small if you are more people.
