Grandview House Ocean Views

The photos were a true representation of how the property was. The view was “grand”.

We stayed in June and the house was cold. One small heater only in the lounge. A rug on the lounge floor would have made it warmer. And a heater in the nice new bathroom would have helped.

Great location with ocean views. Clean and comfortable.

All the artwork on the walls needs to go!

Location and views were amazing - very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood; extremely tidy house and lawns; Recent renovations to the kitchen, dining and bathrooms were a bonus; Wonderful warm woollen blankets provided.

Not much to report - just a few small suggestions; upstairs screen door to front balcony needs attention/maintenance - extremely noisy and somewhat hard to open front door keys/locks were hit and miss - not the easiest to use heaters were available (it was the cold snap so house was freezing) but no sensible places to plug them in due to limited power points (especially in bedrooms) and no extension cords to use Dated lights in bedrooms had a continual glow which was quite annoying at night We were unsure if guests/residents were in the downstairs apartment - so it was unsettling to know if other people were coming/going and using the same guesthouse . It would be good to know for peace of mind.
