52 Ballingalla Street, Narooma

Excellent location - very short, flat walk to patrolled surf beach (with cafe) at end of street, green outlook opposite golf course, shopping centre at other end of the street but away from the house. Interesting walks nearby. Quiet and green! Good facilities - despite being an older style beach cottage, thoughtful elements like modern king bed with super comfy topper, good quality linen, decent lounges and dining space, and enough kitchen equipment, for the number of people (unlike many rentals) made it a very good stay. As a family, we could comfortably hang out, cook and sleep really well. Value for money - hands down this was much better value than everything else we looked at or than we expected for an older house, esp considering they had invested in good beds, linen, tech etc.

Some windows and window coverings near front of house (not bedrooms) could do with updating for better stability and privacy.

The locks on the door could be abit better and easier! Otherwise nothing! It was such a beautiful clean home
