Parcheggio comodo sotto casa. Posizione decentrata. Appartamento ampio, cucina moderna, doppio televisore con Netflix. Letti comodi.

La pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare sia in cucina che in bagno. Oggetti lasciati da clienti precedenti. Due soli asciugamani per 4 persone. Le stoviglie non sono sufficienti per cucinare. Solo un pentolino, anche poco pulito.

Locatia are parcare proprie gratuita, are si o terasa afara acoperita, am primit factura, cladirea este moderna si bine dotata. Nu este o locatie pentru fițosi sau perfectionisti, s-ar putea gasi o multime de imperfectiuni insa are cel mai bun raport, calitate preț pe care l-am gasit in timpul unui eveniment la care au participat in jur de 4000 de oameni care au avut nevoie de cazare in Oradea in aceea perioada. La nici un km distanta se afla un Hipermarket Kaufland si in sens opus un Profi (cred)

Locatia este putin mai greu accesibila daca nu ai masina

Clean rooms, and a passable price. OK but only for warm season.

Strong sewer-like smell in the bathroom. No heating in the apartments, just a small A/C in the open space livingroom pointed at the bedroom door. That means keeping the door open at all times if you don't want to freeze in the bedroom in cold season. Very cold bathroom, not inviting for a shower. Kitchen accessories lacking; frying pan unusable due to the teflon being literally scraped off the bottom. Location is next to the city belt road, so it's more akin to a motel in terms of accessibility, you kinda have to drive everywhere.
