Nagyon szép új lakás. Jól felszerelt. Mindenre gondolt a tulajdonos, még az ünnepi díszítés sem maradt el.
Épülő lakópark, építési terület közepén. Kavicsos úton lehet csak megközelíteni. De ez nem a szállást minősíti.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Ich habe jede Nacht hervorragend geschlafen. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Neubaugebiet, das zur Zeit auch bebaut wird. Es war aber dennoch sehr ruhig dort. Die Anlage um die Häuser ist sehr gepflegt.

Noch besser als beschrieben, wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht. Für uns war die Lage perfekt weil eher am Rande der Stadt und dadurch ruhig nach einem langen Tag. Die Vermieterin super nett wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen 👍👍👍👍.

Free parking near the entrance. Easy self check-in instructions provided on the day of our arrival. New, large, clean and modern appartment in a new building. 3 Smart TVs, one in each bedroom. Two of them were wifi enabled and had the Netflix app installed, the third one needs wired internet. Espresso coffee machine that was working well, with usage instructions nearby and a jar of ground coffee waiting for our arrival. Good wifi, comfy beds, modern bathrooms, well equipped kitchen with a large fridge and freeze compartment. Friendly host that let us know that we left some items behind and kindly agreed for us to pick them up a few weeks later, when we get to Oradea again.
The 400 m gravel road that we had to take to reach the location was not ideal but it was reasonable. It was bumpy in some places but it was wide and wasn't muddy. The window in the kitchen needs a blackout curtain for privacy.
