Great location in the middle of the city centre

we stayed here because there was an early 2022 deal, I liked how the apartment was right in the city centre and easy to access. It was cold when we came but the heating came on really quickly, the tv was loud and the apartment is very spacious.
The bathroom was very dirty didn’t feel like it had been cleaned before we came. We tried to contact the landlord on the day about something but had no response on booking or via phone call.
