Loman Art is a gem of a place. THe staff is kind, welcoming, and helpful. The room was lovely and huge, with mosquito nets and a fantastic bathroom/shower. The highlight of the place is Loman's art, which adorns the entire building, and makes the say utterly magical. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Actually, everything was 101% perfect. Returning here at the end of a dusty hot day is like returning to an oasis of artistic solace. The breakfasts were also just exactly perfect.

I visited Dakar the first time in 2022, when I discovered Loman Art Gallery and enjoyed a few meals there. I’ve always wanted to stay here if I ever came back and it exceeded my expectations. I arrived very late and the checkin was flawless, my room was huge and everything worked so well, including AC which was so appreciated in the middle of summer. Loman herself, Teresa, and the entire staff were all kind and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again when I’m back. (Also loved the very generous breakfast!!)

Our stay at Loman Art was truly unforgettable. Everything was perfect—from the beautiful, comfortable rooms to the delicious food—but what made it exceptional was the wonderful people. Everyone was so warm, kind, and welcoming that it felt like being part of one big happy family.
A special mention has to go to the adorable resident fur babies—D2, Snooky, Jack, and Bella—who completely stole our hearts and made our stay even more memorable.
Loman Art is a very special place, and we left with amazing memories. We already know we’ll be back next year and honestly can’t wait. If you’re looking for somewhere with incredible hospitality, a relaxed atmosphere, and people who genuinely care about their guests, this is it. Highly recommended!

We loved the art over the house. The staff and hist are wonderful. They make a great experience for you. Food is very tasty. Breakfast the host change up menu so yiu are nit having the same breakfast. And she serves it to you. In beautiful dishes. It is a most stay.
