This is a phenomenal property, especially for the price. There are one or two things that are a little tired, as other reviews mention, but they honestly aren't things that at all detracted from this being an amazing place to stay. The views are breath-taking with the sea so close, the garden at the back is a little haven and the location is perfect both for walking into Port Isaac and Port Gaverne the other way.

The views would be even better if the front hedges were trimmed a little lower, we couldn't understand why they hadn't been as the next plot looked to be vacant.

Fantastic property. Well equipped. Lovely and warm Great location, within walking distant to everything you could possibly want. We had a wonderful holiday

The only thing I would suggest is that the hedges are cut, if 2ft was taken off the top you’d have a panoramic view of the sea from downstairs. At the moment it’s a fantastic view from upstairs and a much restricted view from downstairs which is a same. It didn’t spoil our enjoyment though, just icing on the cake

Great location and parking which was a bonus. Very spacious and lots of rooms to escape from the children

The hedge needs a good cut at the front as you can barely see the sea from the lower floor. All guests complained about the beds being very uncomfortable ie cheap thin mattresses Would benefit from another fridge in the utility area Some of the house is a little tired and very well used
