The rooms are in a great location in the city. The Blue room has a coffee maker and fridge The view from the room is on the main shopping street.
There are many stairs to get to the flat, it's on the top floor The door doesn't double-lock with the key when you leave the room, and the lock has signs of being forced. The bathroom needs redecorating: missing paint, We had no toilet paper provided. The shower door didn't work. The room hadn't been cleaned or changed when we arrived. We were requested to pay the local city tourist tax from an unannounced WhatsApp message We didn't receive instructions to enter the flat until three hours before the check-in time, and it went unnoticed as we were travelling. It is expected that the check-in information is sent by the Booking.com app. Local taxes should be pre-announced and included in the costs.
