No breakfast was provided or expected.
Both bedrooms were upstairs, requiring a fair amount of back and forth up and down the stairs. This may have been described in the booking description, but, if so, I missed it.

Good location, silent area. Everything was clean. Porch and balcony for morning coffe or relaxing after great day in Florida Keys.
A couple of elements of the apartment require improvement or replacement. None of this hindered my stay, but to maintain the standard, a bathroom renovation, as well as a change of curtains in the living room, would be a good investment.
