DK18 Duck Key Retreat Villa #5105

This property has a small private little beach area, which is so perfect if you have kids and close enough to the porch so that you can relax and supervise them while they play. The view in general and the views of the sunset are great. We were lucky enough to see a rainbow at the property as well during our stay.

Not often, but once in a while, people who don't live there try to come there to fish, launch their standing kayaks or take pictures. A private property - no trespassing sign - would be worth putting there so that people who are paying top dollar to stay there can have the area to themselves.

Located on the water and end unit off the main road so fairly quiet. Nice to see sunset from back porch.

Bathroom fairly small, would not work well for a larger family imo, but fine for a couple.

Gute Lage, schönes Umfeld, von außen optisch ansprechend, Parken vor der Tür. Küchenausstattung OK.

Betten hatten schlechte Matratzen. Schlafsofa katastrophal. Klimaanlage nur gesamthaft fürs ganze Haus regulierbar und zu laut. Erdgeschoss zu warm, Schlafräume Obergeschoss zu kalt. Handwerker haben Werkzeug im Bad liegen lassen. Schalterabdeckung fehlte. Türgong defekt und Dauerlaut. Bad zu klein. Wassertemperatur Dusche nicht regulierbar. Kühlschrank zu laut. Keine Reaktion von Vermieter auf Anfrage.
