Charming townhome with ocean views, an open porch & steps from the water

Very well kept and clean. A starter cleaning kit was there when I arrived. It was just 2 of us. So the kit and paper towels would have been sufficient. But I did purchase extra. Laundry soap, dishwashing soap, dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels, toilet paper. There was also beach towels and a beach umbrella. Initially- I was told there wasn't anything that was offered. So that was a pleasant surprise. It is a drip coffee pot, coffee liners were there. The pots and pans are kept on the back side of the island. I did have a problem with the lock on the door. I somehow reset the darn thing and reached out to mgmt to reset/fix. It never was addressed. I know because I could never lock it after day 3. There is absolutely no privacy on either deck. Up or down. It would be nice if a blind or a wall separated you from your neighbor. We did not have access to the resort amenities. But we were ok with that. This VRBO is perfectly placed between Key Largo and Key West. I would def consider returning to this place if I ever decide to come back to the keys. It would be nice if there was a guest book that you could sign and or give suggestions to the following renters. Lots of quaint restaurants. We wanted to steer clear of the tourist traps, so found small hidden finds. Very pleased with our stay.

Great place, clean, great location, easy checking in and checking out. Fits 4 people no issues.

The house was lovely, spacious, and clean. The little beach a few steps away was fun for the kids. The main issue was the host advised we were able to use the amenities before our trip and when I arrived there was a sign on the fridge that said we could not. I reached out to them and was told a property manager would reach out to me and they never did. If I would’ve known this before hand I wouldn’t have rented here. Other than that nice property.
