Petit week-end calme.

Appartement propre, confortable et bien équipé. C'était très calme. La vue sur la mer était enivrante. Une place de parking souterrain est un plus.

Planche de wc bancale. Nous n'avons pas trouvé comment faire fonctionner le chauffage dans la salle de bain. La baignoire n'est pas pratique et est très glissante.

Appartement ernaast waren ze aan het verbouwen dus veel teveel kabaal, klacht ingediend en hierna was het minder !

Het mooie zicht naar de zee, de rustige ligging en het mooie strand met weinig volk.

Niets. Kleine tip: een kapstokje in de badkamer zou praktisch zijn.

Très bien.

L appartement spacieux, propre, complet. Le calme, notamment la nuit. La vue sur mer. La place de parking incluse dans la location.

Les deux ascenseurs tombent régulièrement en panne. ( Pas simultanément,mais l un ou l autre).; ce qui implique des temps d attente très longs. Nous avons pris souvent les escaliers, mais l appartement est au 9ieme étage. La terrasse est traversée par un escalier de secours, ce qui implique un réel danger pour un chien ou des enfants et donc accès impossible pour eux. Dommage.

Appartement spacieux avec une superbe vue mer et balcon faisant le tour de l’appartement

Dommage que le balcon ne soit pas mieux entretenu (il est sale poussière, branchage… ) les vitres de la balustrade n’ont visiblement pas étés nettoyées depuis longtemps et qu’il n’y ait pas à disposition des transats pour s’y installer .

Tolle Lage, Meerblick, Parkplatz, Fahrradraum, es war alles da.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Enttäuschend

In der Wohnung war es feucht und es gab Schimmel befall an den Wänden. Im Bad keine Ablagen um Hantücher oder Seifen auf zu stellen. Keine Spülmaschine und dreckige Schwämme. Das System mit dem Schlüssel war nicht evident wir mussten 1 Stunde warten bis jemand kam. Der Fussboden war Sandig. Wir waren enttäuscht. Das einzig gute war die Lage und den Ausblick vom Balkon aufs Meer

Super reposant avec vue magnifique

Super appartement avec une tres belle vue sur la mer la plage mais aussi sur l intérieur des terres. Un balcon qui fait tout le côté du bâtiment. Très belle intérieur

Dommage que dans l annonce on parlait d une piscine mais qui n est plus accessible depuis un an donc pas génial car c était un des critères de mon choix aussi. Une situation un rien éloigné du centre mais donc aussi au calme pour le parking
