Lokalizacja, blisko do Ergo Areny. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone w niezbędne sprzęty. W pobliżu restauracja z dobrym włoskim jedzeniem. Na jedną noc obiekt jak najbardziej ok.
Mieszkanie było niedokładnie posprzątane, kołtuny włosów znajdowały się na podłodze.
