Location and the fact that it is not pristine new development. It does have a soul which I love, some may not.
It gets pretty hot from the sun since it’s the top floor, and you need to walk five floors, since there is no elevator.

Naprawdę świetne mieszkanko, można się odizolować od świata i godzinami gapić na drzewa i morze w oddali. Zdjęcia nie oddają klimatu. Jest bardzo czysto i przytulnie. Internet hula bez problemu ale są też ciekawe książki do poczytania. Biurko i dwa wygodne fotele sprawiają, że nie chce się wychodzić. Kamienica jest przepiękna, zabytkowa, można poczuć ducha dawnego Sopotu. Pan Marek - gospodarz, świetny facet, bezproblemowy. 5 piętro bez windy daje w kość ale jeśli ktoś nie ma problemów zdrowotnych i nie targa ciężkich walizek to nie jest to duży problem. Spełnieniem marzeń byłby ekspress do kawy Nespresso :)

Lungt och tyst område med gångavstånd till tågstationen. Matbutik i närheten. 10-15 min promenad till stranden, där det finns en fantastisk boardwalk. 10-15 min promenad till centrum. Mysig lägenhet, liten, men praktiskt utformad. Sköna sängar och svalt i lägenheten, trots vindvåning. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam värd.
Vill varna för trapporna, hiss finns inte, så om man har fysiska problem bör man avstå detta boende.
