Все очень понравилось! Отличное месторасположение, довольно просторно для семьи из 4 человек. Чисто и имеется все необходимое для комфортного проживания.
Нужно брать во внимание, что окна выходят на улицу по которой ходит трамвай.

Near the University of Latvia and facing a green park, just a min walk from the tram station of 1, it was very close to go to the centre of town as well as international bus terminal.
The interior of the room was very cozy and cute.
Cafes and restaurants are abundant nearby,
The ONLY issue was NOT the room, but the building facility, i.e., the elevator. It is a very old one and "functioning" in principle but sometimes you need a trick to make it work. A few times, we could not manage to go up as the elevator simply does not react. We did know it had to do with something with the closing of the outside door but simply did not work. So if you have a big luggage, it is a bit challenge if you have to go up to the higher floor.

stayed second time at this place, very convenient, if you want you can cook, kitchen and living room area are separated from bedroom, historic building but modern inside the apartment, clean, you have everything you need, old elevator to move your luggage to the 5th floor, good view on the park
everything was very good. May be a bit narrow blankets but it was ok, the tram sounds from street did not bother me, it was not so noisy but I didnt keep the windows open at night as it was not so warm.

Kõik vajalik olemas, isegi salvrätikupakk voodi kõrval kulus kohe ära, kuna üks meist oli nohus. Kõik on väga läbi mõeldud, et tunneksid end teretulnuna. Me ei saanud alguses telekanalitega hakkama aga Anastasia tuli lahkelt isegi kohale ja leidis need meile kohe kätte ja ei pidanud seda üldse suureks tüliks. Suur tänu meeldiva peatumisse eest! Maja on väärikas ja vana ning vaade pargile väga kena.
Kitsas tekk aga võtsime lisateki. Tegelikult väga ei olnudki midagi sellist, kõigele oli võimalik lahendus leida. Kui kivipõrandal seista oli jahe (nohu), sai võtta magamistoast vaibakese jne. Väga hea oli, et sellises vanas majas oli võimalik kasutada lifti kasvõi pagasi vedamiseks. Lift on vanaaegne ja omaette nähtus, kogu maja on põnev ja nt vitraazaknad koridoris olid väga ilusad.
