Lovely well equipped villa the kitchen facilities were great and nice that the host left dish washer tablets and washing powder, which saved buying it for a short stay. The villa is the first on the estate so you have uninterrupted views of the sea and the sun rise.
It would be better to have two front door keys but we just left the one in the key box if we were doing different things during the day. Some of the tie backs for the metal shutters were loose so they couldn't be opened as it's often windy by the coast.

No welcome instructions. No change of bed linens. TV. inadequate, no instructions. Pool not heated.

The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood (when we were there). Everything is there to have a good stay. (The kitchen utensils could be a bit better, for example no sharp knife). Very good mattresses and pillows. Fast Wifi. Within walking distance you will find a supermarket and several restaurants. .
The water in the swimming pool was a bit cold. The communication with the owner/manager was a bit disappointing. On the day of arrival I sent him a message with a question to which I never got an answer. Also never a question if everything was OK.
