The Space:
Tucked away in the peaceful residential area of Zafiro, close to Faro Park, Villa Helena offers a relaxed and comfortable setting for couples, families, and friends looking to enjoy the sunshine and slower pace of Playa Blanca.
Inside, the villa comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, generous wardrobe space, and an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom is arranged as a twin room, making it ideal for families or friends travelling together. A second bathroom provides added convenience for all guests.
Designed for easy holiday living, the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing anything from leisurely breakfasts to relaxed evening meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, the bright and welcoming lounge offers comfortable seating, a large TV with a wide selection of international channels, and direct access to the terrace, creating a wonderful indoor-outdoor flow.
Outside is where many guests will spend most of their time. The private electrically heated swimming pool sits at the heart of the terrace, surrounded by sun loungers and plenty of space to soak up Lanzarote's year-round sunshine. A BBQ and outdoor dining area provide the perfect setting for long lunches and relaxed evenings spent dining al fresco.

Getting Around:

A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.
Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special.
If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.
A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

The villa itself was comfortable and was generally well equipped, especially the kitchen. The pool is a good size and there were plenty of sun beds. The location is a bit further away from the shops and bars than we are used to but still only a 10 minute walk. There is a parking space at the side of the villa. When we requested more towels they promptly arrived. The staff who checked in with us were helpful and friendly. Overall we had an enjoyable stay at villa Helena.
The villa wasn't ready for our arrival which the management seemed to know but didn't communicate this to us. The pool hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival and was quire dirty.

The. I’ll was very clean, well equipped and we enjoyed our stay
We were disappointed that the bedroom doors were difficult to close and the bathroom doors DID’NT either close or lock. In fact the bathroom and en-suite had no locks. As we were a couple it wasn’t an issue to report but had we been two couples it could have been embarrassing

We were looking for a peaceful location and this property was ideal for us. The Villa was well equipped for our needs and the garden enabled us to enjoy a tranquil week in the sun. It was a nice touch providing a tablet loaded with useful info, as well as the welcome pack, but also appreciated our introductory visit to ensure all was satisfactory and provided us with assurance that if help was needed it was easily accessible.
Having an alarm system also gave is a sense of security. We will definitely consider returning again next year.

The villa was easy to get around and open. Beautiful garden area. Peaceful location

Steps to pool very steep and narrow a hand rail would be most helpful
