Lovely property let down by shared bathroom

The property was set in a delightful village

The room layout upstairs was very strange. Two double bedrooms could only gain access via a shared bathroom. Not ideal.

Exceeded expectations.

Very clean, nicely renovated. Very kind and helpful owner living nextdoor. Three rooms upstairs each with larger double bed (1m80 wide, I guess), and one room downstairs with smaller double bed (1m60 wide, I guess). Bathroom both upstairs and downstairs. Air hockey table was fun. Very well equiped kitchen with fridge/freezer/dishwasher ... Nice walks in the region, good maps available in the house. Big TV including Flemish TV channels. Exceeded expectations.👍

Personally, I found the duvet a bit too short. Unless sleeping 'folded', it was choosing between cold feet or cold neck. But yeah, that's just a small thing and maybe personal since it didn't bother my wife 🙂.

Great host and house and close to Butgenbach lake

the host was super friendly, gave some tips on what to do and was there if we had questions. He even had a block of wood to use for the fire pit ready for a cosy evening outside. the house itself was very nice for a bigger group with two fridges and two bathrooms. Lastly the tent outside is a big plus to enjoy the nature. Can highly recommend!

Leuke ruime woonst met veel voorzieningen

De locatie was ruim en zeer goed uitgerust. Een pluspunt, vooral voor de kinderen, was de speelkamer met de air hockey. De keuken was zeer goed uitgerust en er waren ook allerhande (nood)voorzieningen, zoals koffie, kruiden, vaatwastabletten, ...

Er zijn altijd puntjes die je persoonlijk anders zou willen, maar er was niets dat echt tegenviel.

Mooi ruim en comfortabel huis om de Oost-België te ontdekken.

Het is een heel ruim huis met mooie kamers en zitplaatsen. Kraaknet. Kwalitatief afgewerkt. Uitstekende bedden.

Er moet gegeten worden in de keuken, want de mooie grote plaats achteraan is het salon. En één van de kamers boven moet via de gemeenschappelijke badkamer naar buiten, wat goede afspraken vraagt…

Toplocatie tot 9 personen met een bijzonder aimabele en behulpzame host

Ideale uitvalsbasis voor wandel- en fietstochten (race, gravel, MTB) onder vrienden of familiale gezelschappen tot 9 personen in de schitterende omgeving. Vlakbij de RAVeL als handige verbindingsweg. Er is meer dan voldoende ruimte dankzij 4 kamers met grote bedden, 2 badkamers en 3 toiletten. Gezellige woonkamer, moderne keuken, een garage met automatische poort om fietsen veilig op te bergen en te laden. Verschillende zithoekjes buiten. Als slagroom en kers op de taart is de host bijzonder aimabel en behulpzaam, wat een extra dubbele smiley verdient en voor ons de garantie is om terug te komen.

Een enorme aanrader!

Enorm fijn verblijf gehad in Haus Luna in de Ardennen in België. Behulpzame gastheer, we kwamen niks te kort. Er was zeer goed schoongemaakt. Alle voorzieningen in de keuken aanwezig om fijn te koken. 4 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers met toilet én nog een apart toilet. Ook een babybedje aanwezig. De woning voelde erg ruim aan. Zelfs een airhockey, bordspelletjes en een plaidje aanwezig. 2 barbecues. Genoeg ruimte om fijn buiten te zitten en ook om auto's kwijt te kunnen. We kwamen niks te kort. Rustige locatie, fijn om tot rust te komen en te wandelen. Dit huisje is zeker een aanrader!

Kunnen maar 2 mindere puntjes bedenken: de woning is wat gehorig en een slaapkamer is alleen via de badkamer te bereiken. Maar dat is zeker te overzien.

Het huis en de parkeermogelijkheden

Er was een blikseminslag geweest met als gevolg geen water (eerste dag) en geen tv en internet (tot woensdag). Dat was overmacht en kan de eigenaar niet aangerekend worden. Hij heeft er alles aan gedaan om deze te verhelpen

Mooi ruim huis.

De ruimte in huis! Met 4 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, 3 toiletten, woonkeuken, zitkamer en washok is dit huis zeer ruim. Buiten is ook voldoende ruimte. De eigenaar is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, woont naast het huis dus makkelijk bereikbaar. De omgeving van de Hoge Venen is prachtig en heeft ons positief verrast. We hebben er gewandeld en de railbike is ook een aanrader!

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage, sehr detaillierte Ausstattung, es fehlte an nichts und es gab viele tolle Möglichkeiten. Der Kontakt war sehr nett, es gab tolle Tipps und eine sehr große Hilfsbereitschaft.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen wieder!

Das Haus befindet sich in einem ruhigen, kleine Örtchen. Die Region ist übrigens deutschsprachig. Im Haus haben wir alles vorgefunden, was man für ein schönes Wochenende braucht. Besonders gut hat uns der Gasgrill und die gemütlichen Bänke mit Feuersäule im Außenbereich gefallen. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu erkunden. Toll ist auch das Spielzimmer mit dem Airhockey-Tisch!!

Prima verblijf,alles erop en eraan,TOP

De gastvrijheid en het vertrouwen van de huisbaas,heel vriendelijk,behulpzaam zonder opdringerig te zijn,echt top. De bedden waren heel goed,en proper,alles was aanwezig in de keuken. Prima verblijf.

Niets eigenlijk,alleen vonden we het dorpje wat minder gezellig dan Bütgenbach zelf,maar ja,,
