This is a beautiful property in an absolutely perfect location! The spacious balcony overlooks one of the most beautiful plazas in La Laguna. There are numerous dining and shopping options just steps away. The bedrooms are well-appointed and comfortable. We would confidently recommend this flat to anyone interested in staying in La Laguna— it is especially perfect for families!

Because the property is located on a plaza, there is no parking immediately nearby. However, the host did a great job of providing information about long-term parking available within a short walking distance. We had some concerns about the parking situation before we arrived, but the public parking garage that the host recommended worked out perfectly for us.

Excelente lugar para pasar unos días en la laguna Tenerife, hermoso piso, buena ubicación, 100 % recomendado, y por supuesto excelente atención de los anfitriones.

Sinceramente todo muy bien, no tengo nada significativo que decir, quizás que se escucha un poco de ruido en la primera habitación que viene de los locales nocturno de abajo, pero no es nada que no se pueda aguantar, igual recomiendo el alojamiento.

Apartment and all facilities are very nice.

The area is very noisy. Church bells from 8am to 22pm every 15min. One out of 3 bedrooms is quiet enough to sleep. In addition there were some construction works going on in the apartment next door. Drilling and hammer the whole day on Monday. We had one of our family members that had to stay in due to a small accident. Couldn't get a 30min nap... We are sure it must have been announced upfront, so we would have appreciated being told in advance!
