Excellent place to stay!
Modern, very well furbished and fully equipped flat, very convenient location, right by the harbor, within walking distance to both university and town center. Also close to trams if needed. Communication with the owner was made a tiny bit more complicated by the fact he was out of town that week, but he did organize everything for key pick up etc, so it was really no problem. Very pleasant contact and we appreciated the recommendations for food. We loved the rooftop window just over the bed!
Missed a choice of smaller pillows. Staircase to top floor was no problem for us but could be for some people. Same for the unusually high bar and stools.

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Es ist eine sehr schöne und überdurchschnittlich gut sowie geschmackvoll ausgestattete Wohnung, in der man sich gleich wohl fühlt. Wohn-/Essbereich, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Küche sind prima. Es ist an vieles gedacht worden, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht, u.a. an sehr gute Matratzen, einen geräumigen Kleiderschrank, einen Garderobenschrank, eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner und anderes mehr.
Eine der Lampen am Bett flackerte, so dass man hier nicht lesen konnte. Das sollte repariert werden.
