We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The view of the river and the pool was beautiful. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially the receptionist who checked us in and the bartender, who was always attentive and made us feel welcome.
We even decided to extend our stay for one more night. Although we had to change rooms and the second one didn’t have a balcony, it was also spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was simple but delicious, and we really enjoyed the pool area, the music, and the cocktails.
Highly recommended – 10/10! ❤️
The only suggestion would be to provide a bath mat for the bathroom. It would help prevent the floor from getting wet after taking a shower.

The view overlooking the lake is beautiful. The room was comfortable and breakfast was really good. Would definitely stay here again.
Lift was not working during our stay.

The rooms were immaculate and we had a lovely view of the pool and lake with the mountains and castle on the other side of the river. Stunning views and all included in the price!
Everything was great. Manager Souad and his staff were always on hand to help and provide anything you requested with a smile.

Bathroom Door handle comes off, Nothing seems properly fitted, hairdryer head comes off, cabinets no words 🤣😂
