Fantastic location on the mountain with views onto the beautiful river landscape. The pool and game room are great with kids.

Level the pool table and buy some chalk and better cues, but that’s minor.

I just loved this stay. I stayed only 1 night & I did not mind if staying more days. Views amazing. Breakfast varied and self service. Very easy & safe parking outside the property. Staff friendly. One can stay in hotel relaxed & have a delicious dinner. Room clean & accessible with lift. I highly recommend.

Nice scenery with a gorgeous view, pretty rooms, good breakfast, a pool&sauna - this "hotel" has so much potential, unfortunately their focus lies only on the restaurant and not the hotel guests.

Cold shower. No additional towels for the spa area (we wanted to ask for fresh ones, but hotel & reception were already closed in the evening). They use their own exchange rate, so when we asked to pay the room in local LEK we ended up paying 5% more than the Euro value we booked @booking. Invoice from restaurant was wrong by 20€, which we had to find out on our own afterwards. At breakfast the Cappuchino from the good portafilter coffee maschine had to be payed additionally. Basically everything had to be payed on the spot: room at check-in, lunch right after, etc... I would kind of expect at a place like this to be able to pay all at checkout (which we were able to do at all the other hotels/homestays). You are also not allowed to eat leftover food from their restaurant in your room/balcony - they want you to order and pay again. All in all I really missed the warmth and hospitality which we encountered in so many albanian places, which makes it then easier to look over small unpleasantries - and the cold shower at the end of the day was the final disappointment.
