Valoria Premium Hanoi Hotel and Travel

The staff were incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations for local food, cafés, and sightseeing spots. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a very cozy bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. The balcony overlooking Train Street was definitely the highlight. We loved sitting there and watching the trains pass by—it was such a unique Hanoi experience. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and a great base for exploring the city.

Location literally at Train street was great, breakfast was ok, noting it isn't a 5 star rating. For what you pay, it was fine.

only issue we had was the fire alarm going off at 1.25am resulting in an evacuation, only to be advised it was a false alarm. Only concern we had here was the poor communication around the "alarm", we thought it was just a loud delivery bell and there we no instructions in the rooms on what to do in the event of an alarm. Poor from an OH&S perspective. Otherwise, for what we paid, it was fine.

Sumptuous fresh & tasty breakfast, courteous staffs specially the two ladies, loved Chiara’s helping attitude. Location is also amazing just 50 meters from Train Steet

The deluxe rooms were too small and little claustrophobic with no windows and balconies

Plumbing / bathroom issues. Sink drain hose not secured, water leaks under shower glass covering floor, drains emit foul odors, sharp glass at bottom cut my toe when brushed against it. Balcony floor dirty room headboards, tops of TV, fridge etc, not properly dusted
