Valoria Premium Hanoi Hotel and Travel

Staff very courteous, good value for monies, great breakfast and comfortable stay

A great hotel to stay and I will come back again much later on

I rarely write hotel reviews, but our stay at Valoria Hanoi Hotel truly deserved one. From the first day, the staff treated us with such genuine kindness that we immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. The hotel is newly decorated with many new furnitures. After long days walking around Hanoi, coming back to the hotel honestly felt like coming home. The room was always perfectly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and every small detail was carefully prepared. One ovening it started raining heavily while we were outside, and the staff welcomed us back with warm tea and smiles. They are very polite and cute! It may seem like a small thing, but moments like that made our stay unforgettable.

The staff were friendly and professional, and everything went smoothly during our stay. We enjoyed breakfast each morning, even though the options were fairly simple. The food was fresh and tasted good. Our room had a nice modern look, but the comfortable bed was probably what we appreciated most after busy days of sightseeing.

Hotel staff nice. Foyer clean. Good variety of breakfast food included.

Shower very weak (could be issue with pressure on seven floor). Room has zero view. Basically a box. Not good value for 120 aud (90 USD) a night discounted down to 40 aud. Even 40 aud value is not good and other hotels in Hanoi are better in facilities, comfort etc.
