THIS IS A SHARED APARTMENT !!!!

This large house has comfortable single rooms, but the communal areas (kitchen - hallway) are shared with other guests. We thought we had booked a 14 person flat with 7 bedrooms as described in booking when in fact we only had 6 bedrooms as there were 11 of us (and not just couples, that's why we wanted to book a flat with 7 bedrooms!) The owner said it was booking's fault and not hers and charged us 360n euros extra for the room! So the advert is false, there are no individual apartments and the owner knows it, but has no problem charging you for extra rooms by blaming Booking. Also the sauna is only open from 3pm to 9.30pm. For the price, it's a very bad deal, or rather a rip-off. The positive point is the comfort and the proximity to the ski resorts.

Amazing apartment in serene mountain environment

We booked the apartment for our skiing trip. Regine and Doris (who managed the check in / out and helped us with other requests) were super friendly and helpful, the apartment was well equipped, everything was brand new, and we had a sauna with view on the Dachstein. The apartment is beautifully located in nature, with a marvelous view on the surrounding mountains. The area is quiet and away from the more busy areas, but all the ski resorts / shops / restaurants are reachable in a few minutes (10-20) by car. In summary, we liked the apartment so much, that on most of the days we went back after skiing to cook and hang out there instead of going out like we had originally planned.

No complaints or suggestions.

Der Preis war recht hoch. - Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg (könnte bei Neuschnee problematisch werden) - Man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen (auch zum Ski-Lift) - Das Apartment hatte 3 große Esstische für 4 Personen, jedoch kein Sofa

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in prachtvoller Umgebung mit herzlichen Gastgeberinnen

Idyllische abgelegene Lage mit tollem Blick auf den Dachstein, sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft mit ansprechendem urig-stylischem Geschmack, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, deutlich Schnee exponierter als Umgebung von Schladming oder Mandling, auch gut geeignet für kleine Wanderungen von der Unterkunft weg

moc pekny novy penzion, v klidne casti, 5 min autem od Gleimingu (vstupni lanovka na Reiteralm). pokoje jsou stridme ale moderne a vkusne vybavene, moc se nam tam libilo.

na 2luzkovem pokoji by se hodila mala lednicka, jdou relativne slyset hluky z ostatnich pokoju, coz je dano typem stavby. objekt se nachazi v kopci, pokud zrovna nasnezi, je patrne nutne mit nasazeny retezy a vyjezd muze byt mene prijemny. To neplatilo v nasem pripade, kdy cesta byla zcela bez snehu, takze vyjezd necinil potize
