Relaxing and modern getaway in the beautiful Schladming Valley

The apartments are furnished with modern furniture, from the pristine and clean bathrooms to the kitchens. There are enough dishes, pans, and cutlery for cooking your own meals. The bigger apartment was really spacious and therefore great for dinner and a get-together after a day of skiing. The sauna and ski room were also a big plus!

The smaller apartment’s dining area is a bit too crowded if the couch is extended (being used), but I guess the apartment is usually booked for two people only, so most will not encounter that problem at all. Other than this minor inconvenience, everything was perfectly fine.

Amazing holiday

This was the best choice we could have done. Beautiful apartment with amazing view, garden, barbecue, terrace and kids playground. Good position for every adventure we planned. And with summer card is everything event better. Thank you for amazing stay and hopefully one day we came back. :)

Spacious, clean accomodation appropriate for groups or families!

The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the amenities needed for a shorter or longer stay. The kitchen had all the equipment necessary for cooking for a group of 4 or more. The host was waiting for us at the accomodation, check in was quick and he even offered a room upgrade free of charge. He also directly offered to turn on the sauna for us, which has a view into the valley and the skiing area.

We enjoyed the modern apartment, in a beautiful area.

Beautiful apartment, very modern. Very lovely hosts who were very accommodating.

Needed alittle more surface area for preparation of food. Dishwasher unfortunately didn’t clean all the dishes everytime . We had a blocked shower which we unblocked ourselves it unfortunately flooded into the bedroom but nothing was damaged the host replaced all towels. But this didn’t ruin our holiday, we still had a great time.

Excellent location, great place to stay

Very comfortable and clean residence. You get everything you need for a long stay and the interior is in very good condition. Very good location close to Schladming center. The host (Robin) was super nice and helpful.

Need to take into account that the place is located as part of an apartment complex, so you don't have your own private yard. (minor and didn't really bother us)

We had a great time in wohn.genuss, the apartment was comfortable, modern and well equiped with everything we needed. It's couple minutes away from the Schladming center by car, 25 minutes do Dachstein. Sauna was great as well. Would like to come again.

Super netter und stets zuvorkommender Gastgeber, auch mal für ein nettes Gespräch zwischendurch. Ausstattung und Ambiente sind top. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Sauna war ein super Bonus!

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Wir hatten den Eindruck, mehr zu bekommen, als wir gebucht haben!
