Suzzan is the definition of hospitality and warm welcome. She just made it her mission that we'll have everything we need. The nicest person we met in Austria, and it wasn't an easy competition. The place is simply beautiful, neat, clean and everything is just accurate! The rooms are big and spacious, with high quality look, and a private sauna! All of this, on a river crossing the place... The yard for the kids did us a great service at the end of a day with all the games available outdoors, and indoors as well. The kitchen is big and we'll equipped as well. Perfect.

The only thing I can point out as a minus is the proximity to the road, but it really wasn't felt at all (no noise or other issues). It was also a plus being out that instantly... And the location is great for staying at Schaldming, and even close enough to Flachau..

المكان و الموقع و الاطلالة جميلة جداً و الشقة واسعة و فيها دورتين مياه و هناك العاب للاطفال في الحديقة الخلفية و كذلك حصلنا على البطاقة الصيفية و استمتعنا بفعالياتها الكثيرة و المضيفة ساعدتنا كثيراً في الاقامة و لديهم خدمة غسيل الملابس بسعر مناسب .

عدم وجود غسالة في الشقق و كذلك عدم وجود شطاف بدورة المياه و اعتقد هذه مشكلة عامة لنا بكل آوروبا :(

Great place for a family vacation.

Very nice house, new, well equipped apartment. with great backyard playground for the kids. The location is centrally positioned in the Schladming area and you can quickly get to local attractions. Beds are also very comfortable.

Nothing really to dislike. Maybe I would have liked a different option for soap dispensers but that’s just personal preference.

Luxurious, family ski holiday in Schaldming

Great place to stay, location was close to the Reiter Alm slopes, modern apartments and your own personal sauna to come home to after a day skiing was amazing.

The worst stay I have ever been .

nothing at all.

the location was bad u will need car for everything nothing close.The owner was not welcoming at all and I been to so many place in Austria I never had that experience before. there is no housekeeping at all and the owner do not ask you for anything you need or help she just checking in and checking out .The design for apartment miserable. there is no light outside when you come back during night you’ll use your cell phone light . no enough space for a parking lot . finally that’s thr worst experience I have ever had.

Very clean and modern apartment. Mrs Suszan and her husband were very kindly.

It’s about 5 minutes drive by car to the nearest market “Hofr” . At night there were alot of insects when we open the window.

We were warmly welcomed by the owner. The facilities (kitchen, bathroom, SAUNA) were all brand new, very clean, and huge playground area was an excellent fun part for my kid. It's located very close to Schladming, Dachstein and Hallstatt (1-hr-drive).

Unser Hoamat is a very nice, comfortable, modern apartment house. The hosts are friendly and helpful, the landlady would be there any time if we had any questions. We appreciated the interior design, the comfortable beds, the perfect bathroom with a very good shower and a spectacular, beautiful black and white photo of the Dachstein covering one of the walls. (I wonder what the technique is to make it perfectly water resistant.) The private sauna that is built on the balcony is new and easily controlled from inside the room. It is a real delight. There is a lift in the house and a nice, clean room with heaters in the basement for the ski equipment. The skilifts are a few minutes to access by car, and there are lots of beautiful Wanderwegs to take walks. It is a perfect place for a skiing holiday.

Great apartment and wonderful vacation. The apartments are new in a new complex in a great location. Although they are close to the road, the isolation is perfect and we could enjoy complete peace. The apartments are spacious, fully equipped, modern, warm, in a word for any recommendation. The basement has an equipped and clean storage room for skis, with a screen with heaters where you can dry your shoes. Also a separate entrance for that room. We also brought our pet, Erdel Terrier, on our trip and we were kindly accepted by the owners. The building has a beautiful terrace and yard and next to it walk paths. The owners are kind and very pleasant, fully committed to the guests and their stay. Not to forget the sauna, which is in every apartment, modern clean, real enjoyment!

no ski bus serving this property; no bus station in the near (only aprox. 700 m away); in the bathroom - no soap, no shower gel, no shampoo, no hair dryer; towels unchanged during our 4 days stay.
