Apartman Stefan

The place was spotless clean and had everything we needed. There were complimentary toiletries, wine and cold water in the fridge, ice in the freezer and fruit and flowers on the kitchen table. The kitchen had all the basic utensils, silverware, some pots and nonstick pans, dishes, dish detergent. We easily manage to cook for all four of us (restaurants were not the norm, because our kids are going through a picky eating phase). The stove and oven are electric and functional. Hot water in both the kitchen and bathroom are from a boiler, as it is the norm in the region We never ran out of hot water. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds, AC and the windows have wooden blinds to block the light and heat, and also mosquito nets. The terrace is cool until noon, and afterwards the host invited us to sit at the shaded table in the garden. The garden is pretty, the parking spot is safe, the hosts live upstairs and we never even know they were there, as they were extremely respectful of our privacy. We did have lovely chats with them though in the garden, as they are the warmest people ever. They even made some homemade crepes and doughnuts for us, which were terribly tasty and appreciated by both adults and kids. They have a super cute and friendly cat and two hedgehogs visit the garden in the evening. The house is located at about a ten minute lazy walk from a kid friendly beach with pebbles, and right at that beach is a Big Ben restaurant with great food and more than reasonable prices. The host will indicate a shortcut to the beach, that passes a toy store and a market store that came very handy for us. There is a pharmacy two minutes away from the house. Apartman Stefan is close to Porto Montenegro and the city center (about a ten minute walk to each).

Everything was lovely.

Responsive, attentive and friendly host (Stefan), lots of space, 2 Air conditioning units, cooking appliances, laundry facilities, good location close to beaches and central Tivat. Host even did our city tax for us and provided late checkout when we needed one which was very kind.

Spacious modern apartment managed by a lovely family with a beautiful garden and prime location. Responsive host, generous welcome gifts, good beds, nice towels and linens. Plenty of room for 4 people. Door for the room with the sofa bed for privacy. Laundry line and laundry soap provided. Highly recommend if available.

Everything was as expected or better, no complaints.

L’accueil de Stefan et de ses parents est très chaleureux et plein d’attentions tout au long du séjour. Le calme de l’environnement. L’emplacement qui permet de rayonner sur la région. Pepper le petit chat de la famille!
