Peaceful stay in a lovely Friulian property

Peace, serenity, ambience. Our hosts Daniela & Marzia were absolutely lovely. The hospitality in a genuine Friulian stone house was a wonderful experience for us.

Arzene can sometimes be a little too quiet, especially if you don't have a car.

Awesome, very clean and peaceful place, suitable for a family who just want to relax.

Beautiful garden, very nice and kind staff, great rooms, super-clean and air conditioned. Breakfast was all really fresh, with some breads, fresh cuts and sweet pastries. The hostess even let our little one keep a souvenir from the hotel. Incredibly sweet lady!

There is very little around Arzene. We chose this particular hotel for a weekend get-away because of its proximity to the giant lake, which you can see on the map. Guess what, there is no lake any more, it's all dried out! That's obviously our fault though, bad research.

Beautifully maintained grounds, tastefully decorated, sparkling clean, very friendly and accommodating owner Daniela who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable, perfect for parking privately and safely even a larger car (ours had a roof box), internet, appreciated a choice to have fresh savoury breakfast as not all places offer that. Thank you Daniela, we would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

The only thing really would be very soft mattresses for our taste but the bedding and everything was great

Recommended for bikers who are cycling on "Ciclovia Alpe Adria" to have a break here.

I really like the host, she was very friendly and helpful. The garden of the place is lovely and peaceful. Also it was quite safe place to leave our bikes in the garden.

Breakfast is absolutely perfect and breakfast room connected to the garden in good weather. The overall ambience of the site is great, with details like lemon and palm trees, old stone walls . The staff is very friendly and helpful. A perfect B&B for those looking a quiet, countryside/village accommodation on their trip.

Lovely small-town gem

The grounds are gorgeous! Improvements from my stay last year include wifi and color-coded keys for the various gates. Staff is welcoming and friendly and continental breakfast is fresh, not packaged. Pet-friendly property!

My heater did not seem to work but I forgot to report it because I did not really need it.

Nice B&B with really nice garden. Off Season the B&B and also the region a little lonely but you can find good winerys and good restaurants - so all good.

Great coffee with breakfast. Good cold breakfast selection, pastries, yogurt, cold meats, juice. All standard but very nice. The location is good for what I was in the area for. Very friendly staff.

Little Gem in Rural Area

Behind the rustic gate entry lies a beautiful courtyard that staff was hard at work making even nicer. Check-in was quick and efficient, and room rates were very reasonable. Our single rooms upstairs were basic and clean, and extra blankets and pillow were in the armoire. New fixtures and shower and toilet and bidet. Breakfast in the lovely communal dining room had cereal, pastries, jams, yoghurt, and juice and hot drinks. All buildings have been lovingly renovated in a rustic style that is very welcoming. Cell coverage at the property ranges from pretty good to nothing, depending on time of day (no WiFi). We have relatives in the area, so when we visit, we will for sure stay here again!

Ambientazione e parcheggio incluso. Praticamente in mezzo al paese. La zona ha praticamente una sola pizzeria dove cenare.
