Excellent value hotel and restaurant an hour's drive from Venice airport.

Central location, huge private parking behind hotel, friendly reception, functional room, excellent restaurant thrumming even on Sunday night. Given the escalation of hotel prices, I thought I might have made a mistake because it was so much cheaper than elsewhere, but everything was fine, large professionally run hotel. So the hotel exceeded my worried expectations. I will come back next time I want a stress free overnighter within driving distance from Venice Airport.

No elevator: my ageing knees no longer like going upstairs. Unnecessarily grumpy staff at breakfast who asked me to move tables as I hadn't realised they were numbered with our room number (though the table I was moved from was still empty when I left).

Perfect for a short stay

Sweet hotel in a quiet village. Adjacent restaurant but nearby are also other restaurants, a supermarket and an ice cream shop. Comfortable beds and very easy check in/check out. All in all a great spontaneous stay!

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night but was luckily turned off after a short time

The breakfast was ok. It did the job. The staff at the hotel was welcoming.

The lights in the bedroom are way too strong. The bedroom was smelling too strong perfume. The staff at the restaurant was a bit rude.

The people in the garden made a lot of noise till very late at night and it was impossible to sleep! I think that the management should make some recommendations in these cases.

Cute and reserved. Nice garden. Fairly specious rooms. Awesome food served at the restaurant. Nice staff.

Our room was above the restaurant, so it was quite noisy till midnight. Breakfast should be improved. Plain yogurt was missing every breakfast we had (3 times in total)

We are from Oz doing our 4 month Europe road trip. This place was a good 1 night stop before be crossed into Slovenia. But I booked this without at first reading the reviews.

Drove from Bologna so we just wanted to rest but we were surprised to hear the very long Church bells late afternoon and early morning. The hotel is right beside the church that we can even see it from our room window. We closed all the windows to at least sound proof the room but we can still really hear it. Another problem, not the hotel’s fault but just bad luck that we were beside this non stop loud arguing couple until 1:30 AM!!! (room 118 who were there on the 28/06). I went down to the reception to request to transfer us in another room but the lady said it’s fully booked. We had issue with the A/C too. Oh well… just didn’t had a good sleep here.

Breakfast was good, lots of options. Room was somewhat dated, but wasn't necessarily a problem for me. Close-by to a laundromat. Staff were alright. Room was cleaned every day, no issues in that regard.

Bells were loud as the hotel is near a church, but they did help me get up in the morning.

Location looks beautiful, staff is helpful, pizza was tasty.

There is a church right next door to the hotel. The church bell starts at 6:30 in the morning during weekend. Then it goes on and on. Impossible to sleep.

Muffa nei bagni, cavi elettrici a vista, all’arrivo receptionist poco accogliente e scocciata. Colazione non inclusa, in aggiunta a 8€, per dei croissant mini e due yogurt.
